FALLING

Songtext

Verse 1:
Yeah I’ve tried
To leave it all behind
to get it off my mind
I guess I lost the prize

Yeah I’ve tried
To keep my head above water
To be my father’s daughter
Tell me, are you proud of me?

Pre-Chorus:
‘Cause what you don’t know is what you don’t see
Guess it’s always been a part of me
You can run but you can’t hide away

Chorus:
I’m falling
I’m falling
And there’s no way out
I can’t feel the ground
Got no wings to fly, nowhere to hide
I’m falling
I’m falling
I don’t know where to go
I can’t find home
Take me down, take me now
Before I lose control

Verse 2:
Mama, Mama I can’t see
The girl that I used to be
Tell me, do you know where she went?
It’s getting dark, it’s getting late
Was it all my mistake?
How can I find myself again?

Chorus:
I’m falling
I’m falling
And there’s no way out
I can’t feel the ground
Got no wings to fly, nowhere to hide
I’m falling
I’m falling
I don’t know where to go
I can’t find home
Take me down, take me now
Before I lose control

Bridge:
Lose control
Lose control
Lose control

Chorus:
I’m falling
I’m falling
And there’s no way out
I can’t feel the ground
Got no wings to fly, nowhere to hide
I’m falling
I’m falling
I don’t know where to go
I can’t find home
Take me down, take me now
Before I lose control

Description

I’m a singer-songwriter from Tyrol who started making music at the age of 18, teaching myself to play piano and guitar along the way. After writing and recording my first country-inspired album in a studio, I decided to explore a new direction and found my sound in indie-pop.
Today, I write, sing and produce my music independently from my home studio. I draw inspiration from real-life experiences, everyday moments and honest emotions, trying to turn them into songs that feel personal and genuine

Tell us about the best concert you ever played!

My first solo concert, about two years ago, was definitely the best concert I’ve ever played. It was a huge milestone for me and something I had wanted to do for a very long time.
I was honestly quite nervous beforehand because I had no idea if anyone would actually show up. But in the end, so many people came, and the connection with the audience was incredible. They stayed with me throughout the whole evening, sang along, listened, and really shared the experience with me.
It was so beautiful!

To whom does your music speak?

I don’t think my music is meant for one specific group of people. But I feel that it especially speaks to young people who are finding their way through their twenties.
Your twenties can be such a confusing and challenging time.. figuring out who you are, where you want to go and whether you’re doing enough. With social media, it’s so easy to constantly compare yourself to others and feel like everyone else has it all figured out.
I write about these feelings, hoping that people feel less alone.

How do you envision your musical journey?

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, especially because I’ve taught myself so much along the way. Now, I want to keep developing my sound, play more live shows and connect with more people through my music. I want to keep growing as an artist while staying true to myself and creating music that feels honest and meaningful to me.
