Description

Hi! We are Les Etiennes, a post-punk band from the cold north of Italy: distorted guitars and saturated atmospheres, shifting between suspended, dreamlike songs and moments that explode into distortion and noise.
Live, we bring an electric, tense set filled with dark undertones, built on constant rises and falls.

Tell us about the best concert you ever played!

Our most memorable live experience was definitely the summer of 2026. Rather than a single concert, it was a two-day run of three shows, taking us from a music festival in Val di Non to a music contest near Pergine.
We played sets made entirely of original material, bringing our darkwave-infused post-punk sound to different stages: from hazy, nocturnal atmospheres to tense bursts of distortion and noise.
Three intense shows in two days, ending with us winning a music contest.

To whom does your music speak?

Our music can speak to anyone, but our lyrics explore a darker side of contemporary life: addiction, dissociation, existential exhaustion and the pressure to turn the body and emotions into commodities.
They describe neon-lit cities, empty routines and desires that slowly lose their meaning, without offering easy answers or redemption.

How do you envision your musical journey?

We envision our musical journey as a constant evolution of our sound, pushing further into the darker and more experimental side of post-punk and alternative rock. We want to release more original music, play increasingly intense live shows, and build a strong identity around our sound and visual world.
