City Lights

Songtext

I’ve been to Paris at the end of the summer
It’s been like a dream
Summer has been so hard for me to cross
and everytime I think of it I fall

I’ve been to your house but the windows were closed
didn’t know what to do
and now I’m involved again in a love affair
isn’t it strange of funny life behaves?

and I can see the city lights drifting away from me again
they take my other life away with them
it’s not something that I wanna do
It’s just something that I need to do
I see the city lights

I’ve been to Paris at the end of the summer
It’s been like a dream
and now I’m involved again in a love affair
isn’t it strange of funny life behaves?

and I can see the city lights drifting away from me again
they take my other life away with them
it’s not something that I wanna do
It’s just something that I need to do
I see the city lights
I see the city lights

it’s not something that I wanna do
It’s just something that I need to do

I will move along the road I choose
I guess with time things will settle down
carry on, My favourite smile is lost
a lot of work, but things will settle down
a lot of work, but things will settle down

How do you plan to use the profit?

2026 will be the year I bring my musical project out in the light, releasing music, creating a band to perform, raising awarness around my project and chasing opportunities to reach the right audience. In case of victory, I would put the prize into promoting my music and my overall project, so investing on personal branding and exposing that product to open new doors (concerts, festivals, events, radios: grow professionaly by building and establishing a solid fanbase).

Description

I’m a multi-instrumentalist singer-songwriter from Trento, Im currently attending BIMM music college in Dublin, where I’m with a few different local bands and recording/producing by myself a few songs of mine. My arrangements blend togheter multiple styles and influences: acoustic instruments with electronic layers, textures and colours to create evocative atmospheres and powerful dynamics. My mission, when writing and composing, is to bring the listener through an immersive journey.

Tell us about the best concert you ever played!

One of the most important gigs I’ve got the opportunity to play took place in Dublin, Ireland, in one of the most prestigious venues in the city, Whelan’s main Stage, when I’ve been called to perform as opening act for London artist Sjaney (We’ve only just begun Festival).

To whom does your music speak?

My music starts somewhere and ends up somewhere else: anyone who’s willing to close their eyes and open their hearts to loose themselves on a journey of feelings, through different atmospheres, layers of sounds, textures and 0-to-100 dynamics, is welcome on board.

How do you envision your musical journey?

At 6, came my first instrument ever: a MicroKorg synth. From there,I started exploring guitars, pianos, drums, different daws, vocals – I’m fully self-thaught, everything I know now I’ve learned it by listening first. And with a feedback after the other, I end up winning multiple contests, perfomed in festivals, recorded in studios, meeting professionals, building my network, detailing my style, gathering resources – now I’m in Dublin, finally about to start the machine.
