Good Things Take Time

Songtext

Life goes on, it ain’t waitin’ on me
They told me, “When you grow up, boy, you will see”
Well, I did my best and played my cards
But damn, I never thought shit would be this hard

And they still tell me, “Give it time, have a little patience
Stars will line up beyond your expectations.”
But I find myself lost, just tryin’ to do my best
While I keep the rhythm beatin’ in my chest, singin’

Good things take time

Truth is, everybody’s lost, ain’t nobody know the way
Most of the time, they don’t know what they’re sayin’
We’re all just tryin’ to make it through another day
Learnin’ the rules as we play, singin’….

Good things take time

Sometimes I get some good advice
Sometimes I gotta pay twice
And at the end of the day, I’m lucky if I’m satisfied
But now and then, I’m just terrified… singin’

Good things take time

How do you plan to use the profit?

We’d like to keep growing our project. We’d love to be able to perform at major events and festivals so that more people can hear our music. So far, we’ve managed to record three tracks from the EP in a studio, while we self-produced the rest; we’d love to be able to record an entire album in a studio so that it can be a professional release.

Description

Hailing from the mountains of Trentino, Italy, Rusty Bucks bring a fresh take on American roots music. With a dynamic blend of bluegrass drive, folk storytelling, and a touch of rock grit, their shows move seamlessly from foot-stomping acoustic energy to intimate, heartfelt moments. After years lighting up local venues and small festivals, 2025 marks a bold new chapter: the band is crafting their debut EP, showcasing a collection of original songs that capture their evolving sound and unmistakab

Tell us about the best concert you ever played!

Our best show so far was at the Independent Information Festival in Arco last May. The energy was electric, with the crowd fully engaged. During our song Bigfoot, one of our crew members jumped on stage dressed as Bigfoot, really heating up the atmosphere and sending the audience wild. It was a night full of connection and memorable moments, some of which you can catch in our live videos on YouTube. We’ve just started releasing this material, and there’s plenty more to come and discover.

To whom does your music speak?

Our music speaks to anyone who loves the raw honesty of acoustic instruments, the drive of bluegrass rhythms, and the warmth of storytelling. Whether it’s a festival crowd ready to dance or someone discovering us through a quiet, heartfelt ballad, we aim to connect with listeners who appreciate authenticity, energy, and a sense of shared experience.

How do you envision your musical journey?

We envision our musical journey as an open road, winding through new sounds, stages, and connections. Each song is a mile marker, each show a shared story with the audience. As we grow, we want to carry forward the spirit of bluegrass and folk while letting our music evolve naturally…staying rooted in authenticity but never afraid to explore new horizons.
