Fan Chaabi | فن شعبي è un'espressione araba che significa Arte Popolare. Il repertorio dei Fan Chaabi rappresenta un viaggio attraverso suoni, stili, e musiche dei paesi del Mediterraneo, e mescola sonorità tradizionali con elementi di modernità. Nenie, tarantelle, tammurriate, canti popolari di protesta, danze gitane dialogano e si mescolano passando per la penisola iberica, attraversando il sud Italia ed approdando nei Balcani. Il lavoro di riarrangiamento di pezzi tradizionali è affiancato dalla composizione di brani originali. Dal 2010 il gruppo si è esibito in tutto il Trentino, in varie regioni d’Italia e in Spagna e ha avuto modo di esibirsi con diversi artisti del panorama trentino e nazionale, tra i quali: Carlo La Manna (Elias Nardi Quartet), John Prabhakar Salins (Trio Turchese), il gruppo Abies Alba, l'Orchextra Terrestre, Nico Berardi (Uaragniaun), Maria Moramarco (Uaragniaun), Matilde Politi. Nel 2022 è uscito il primo disco intitolato Tetraktys, curato dall’etichetta discografica Visage Music.
