Mainfelt ist eine südtiroler Folk-Country Band, bestehend aus Patrick Strobl, Kevin Prantl, Veit Rinner und Stephanie Blaas. Im Juni 2011 gründeten Strobl, Prantl und Rinner aus einer „Jam-Band“ heraus, in der sie mit zwei weiteren Musikern auftraten und ganz unerwartet den „International Live Award 2010“ gewannen, die Band Mainfelt. Bei Demo-Aufnahmen im selben Sommer lernten sie unter anderem Stephanie Blaas kennen, welche darauf ständiges Mitglied werden sollte. Die Folge waren Konzerte im In-und Ausland. Nennenswert die Konzertreihe in New York (Manhattan und Brooklyn), eine zweiwöchige Tour im Juni 2012 mit Auftritten in Dublin, Berlin, Bielefeld und Wien und regelmäßige Besuche in den Nachbarländern Schweiz und Österreich. Für 2013 ist die Veröffentlichung der ersten „Mainfelt – CD“ geplant, sowie weitere Konzertreisen durch Frankreich, Österreich, Irland, Deutschland und den USA. MAINFELT about Patrick Strobl Patrick Strobl, a singer/ songwriter form the mittle of the Vinschgau (Schlanders), is back with a new style, new lyrics and a whole new concept. The 25 year old musician, well known in the south-tyrolian music scene with plenty projects, seems to has found his genre and got rid of his experimental phase. With honest lyrics, thrilling rhythms and sing along meldodies he now tries to entertain his audience. MAINFElT, the name of his new band, wich you can assign to Folk/ Pop. With Veit on the bass and vocals, as like Kevin on the banjo, mandoline, guitar and vocals he has brought on board two experienced musicians and from time to time with choir, Mainfelt`s going to sail arround the stages at home and abroad. Topics picken up by Patrick in his songs are most autobiographical, wishfull thinking or fantasies about life or strange fates. A music listening with all senses.
