Cles (Trentino) songwriter


Elisa Maitea Olaizola Elosua, in arte Maitea, è una cantante e cantautrice italo-basca nata a Cles (Trento) nel 1994 che ha all’attivo diversi progetti musicali. Fonde sonorità acustiche e pop folk con influenze indie rock dando origine ad un intreccio di atmosfere malinconiche e sognanti, a tratti vivaci, leggere e spensierate. Ha avuto il piacere di aprire i concerti di Eugenio Finardi (2011), Dolcenera (2015), Goran Kuzminac e The Bastard Sons Of Dioniso (2016) nell’ambito del Festival Spaziozeronove a Cles, e quello di Caterina Cropelli a Pergine, in occasione della rassegna UploadOnTour (2020). Grazie alla vittoria assieme ad altre 5 band, dell’Euregio Rock Contest, ha aperto 3 date del tour di Vasco Rossi: il 20 maggio 2022 alla Trentino Music Arena, il 3 giugno 2022 a Firenze presso la Visarno Arena e il 30 giugno 2022 allo Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino. Ha ottenuto diversi riconoscimenti come il premio speciale Andrea & Michele di Radio Deejay al Contest oom+ nel 2017. Nel 2021 ha partecipato con i suoi brani al concorso Suoni Universitari, tenutosi a Trento, vincendo il premio del pubblico in una delle semifinali e arrivando tra i 4 finalisti. Recentemente si è aggiudicata il titolo di Best Arezzo Wave Band Trentino-Alto Adige rappresentando la sua regione alle ultime finali del concorso Arezzo Wave, vincendo la categoria Pepperland. Nel 2015 ha pubblicato il suo primo Ep composto da tre brani e negli anni seguenti ha scritto e pubblicato altri singoli sia in italiano che in inglese. Attualmente sta frequentando il biennio di Popular Music presso il Conservatorio “F.A. Bonporti” di Trento e sta lavorando al suo primo album di brani originali.
