Adele e Stefano sono due artisti che provengono da percorsi musicali differenti. Lei è cantante e violoncellista in ambito pop/jazz, lui è un chitarrista, producer e dj in ambito elettronico. Nel 2020 realizzano I'm a true star, progetto vincitore del bando Pergine Arte Giovane 2020. I’m a true star è l’anagramma di Mary Stuart, la regina di Scozia protagonista di una delle pagine più discusse della storia di Inghilterra raccontata magistralmente nella Maria Stuarda di Dacia Maraini, a cui è ispirato il progetto. La storia viene raccontata non in modo cronologico, ma attraverso le tematiche contemporanee legate al ruolo della donna nella nostra società, affrontate nei testi delle canzoni (a volte in inglese, a volte in italiano) e intervallate dalle interviste a Michela Murgia, Isabel Allende e Anne Heathaway. Il canto e il violoncello di Adele si fondono nell’elettronica e nelle sonorizzazioni di Stefano dando così voce alle due regine cinquecentesche (Elisabetta I e Maria Stuarda) e a tutte le donne.
