Erik Holena Project nasce in in un salotto. Stufi di ciò che li circonda Fabio e Michael decidono di cominciare a scrivere canzoni per farsi due risate in salotto, magari cantando insieme ad altri amici. Ma dopo un po' i due si chiedono se non sia il caso di concretizzare l'intera faccenda ed ecco che entra in scena Erik Holena. Noto scrittore\poeta di origine argentine incontra per caso questi due ragazzi e decide di dargli una mano, aiutandoli nella stesura dei testi e del progetto nel suo insieme. David e Marco, divertiti dall'iniziativa degli altri due ragazzi decidono di prendere parte al Progetto e diventano parte integrante del gruppo, coniando il genere iROniCK. Nata in un salotto e registrata nello stesso con mezzi di fortuna ecco il primo singolo del gruppo: "Il Maschio".
