Cles (Trentino) songwriter


Elisa Maitea Olaizola, in arte Maitea, è una cantante e cantautrice italo-basca nata a Cles (TN) nel 1994 che ha all’attivo diversi progetti musicali. Canta fin da piccola, iniziando con il coro voci bianche della scuola musicale e a 14 anni inizia a suonare la chitarra. Nel corso degli anni ha suonato in diverse formazioni, cimentandosi in molti generi musicali. Ha avuto anche il piacere di collaborare con altri artisti trentini come il rapper Faby C e la band Tryaxis e di aprire i concerti di Eugenio Finardi (2011), Dolcenera (2015), Goran Kuzminac e The Bastard Sons Of Dioniso (2016) nell’ambito del Festival Spaziozeronove a Cles. Ha ottenuto diversi riconoscimenti come la vittoria al concorso canoro CantaCles nel 2017 e il premio speciale Andrea & Michele di Radio Deejay al contest oom+ I Love 90s nello stesso anno, insieme all’amica musicista Francesca Endrizzi. Nel 2015 pubblica il suo primo Ep composto da 3 brani e negli anni seguenti continua a scrivere e pubblica alcuni singoli: “Flowers & Mistakes” (2017), "Sogni a metà” (2018) e “Wasting The Last Time” (2020). Il suo ultimo singolo, dal titolo “Guardare il soffitto” è uscito il 20 agosto 2020 su YouTube e il 9 settembre sui principali digital store. Laureata in Beni Culturali, attualmente sta frequentando il triennio di Popular Music al Conservatorio “F.A. Bonporti” di Trento e sta lavorando al suo primo album.
