I Malaga Flo nascono nel 2011 e sono Marco Zuccatti (basso e contrabbasso), Enrico Benedetti (tastiere e pianoforte), Davide Visintainer (batteria e percussioni) e Tommaso Santini (violino e chitarra). Oltre alla collaborazione stabile con la cantante Aura Zanghellini, spesso hanno dato concerti anche assieme a Filippo Camin e Chiara Chistè. Nel 2012 vincono il primo premio della seconda edizione dello Young Tribute Festival di Calavino organizzato dall'associazione Forza Band, con due pezzi di Katie Melua e un primo inedito dal titolo "L'Amaro". Nello stesso anno hanno registrato presso il Gulliver Studio di Alex Carlin, insieme al tecnico del suono Alessandro Battisti, le demo dei primi due inediti: "L'amaro" e "Carta bianca". Nel 2013, lavorando sempre con Alesandro Battisti, hanno registrato una propria versione del brano di George Shearing, "Lullaby of birdland". Dopo due anni di concerti, il gruppo, con il tecnico del suono Marco Ober, sta attualmente terminando la lavorazione di un album di brani inediti che uscirà prossimamente. Nel settembre 2014 realizzano l'evento "The Malaga Experience", accompagnati da una formazione allargata, con fiati, percussioni e la partecipazione di tutti e tre i cantanti.
