I Prologue Of A New Generation nascono nel 2012, dal bisogno di sfogare la creatività di cinque ragazzi di trento. Mirko, Dionis,Nico, Cris e Toni si trovano in sala prove con l'obbiettivo di portare a Trento un genere pesante, tecnico e complesso. Trovano la loro strada con le prime cover degli August Burns Red, con le quali vincono il premio giuria del Coveroltre festival. Poi la voglia di fare della musica propria è forte ed escono i primi singoli "Reborn" e "HY-breed". Si trovano costretti a far arenare il progetto della omonima demo "REBORN" che non verrà mai rilasciata, a causa del coinvolgimento della band a festival abbastanza grossi come Alberepark, Sot ala Zopa. Rain fest ed altri. Poi, nel giro di due mesi la Band sforna 5 pezzi e decide di registrare una demo dal titolo "Written, Buried and Forgotten" che contiene un singolo "Tell me" e 5 inediti, il tutto incentrato sulla perdita dei valori che ci stà contagiando tutti. Il 27 settembre 2014, dopo una settimana da fuoco, il Poang rientrano dal loro primo tour nei Balcani con ancora tanta voglia di lavorare. Nella primavera 2015 faranno uscire il loro primo album.
