Soffi Knapp bewegt sich musikalisch zwischen Indie/Folk und Rock/Blues Einflüssen hin und her. In ihren Songs geht es um die Suche nach sich selbst und nach dem Sinn des Lebens, um Beziehungen oder um glückliche Sommertage. Dinge, über die sich eine verträumte 21-jährige den Kopf zerbricht. Sie textet auf englisch und begleitet sich auf ihrer Westerngitarre, auf der sie gerne herumexperimentiert. Songs schreiben und Gitarre spielen sind schon lange ein fixer Bestandteil ihres Lebens. Vor etwa einem Jahr hat die Musikerin beschlossen, selbst ein Mikrophon in die Hand zu nehmen. Es fühlt sich richtig an, eigene Lieder selbst zu singen. Seitdem ist sie alleine auf offenen Bühnen und als Straßenmusikerin unterwegs.
