I The Dogs From The Grapes nascono nel 2013 dall’unione di musicisti provenienti dalle più svariate esperienze e generi musicali. Iniziano suonando cover di Flogging Molly, Pogues, Rumjackt, e Dropkick Murphys. Dopo I primi concerti la band inizia comporre i primi pezzi inediti e a settembre 2015 registra il primo CD autoprodotto “Sailor without Sea”, un concentrato di punk-rock grezzo e veloce accompagnato da suoni del folk irlandese. A giugno 2017 ritornano in sala di incisione per la pubblicazione del loro secondo lavoro “In the name of Captain Ludd”. Negli anni della loro attività hanno aperto a concerti di band folk-punk, punk e ska come Rumjackt, Los Fastidios, Matrioska, Uniposka e molti altri.
