(Tirol) blues
WHITE MILES is a stoner blues rock band formed by Bosnian singer and guitar player Medina and Austrian drummer Lofi. They met in 2005, both playing in different bands, but after 6 years of friendship, Lofi called Medina one night and asked her if she wants to hang out and play musik. They decided to start writing together, so they first crashed the music scene back in nov. 2011. Only a month after their first show, they did a drop D session in Innsbruck, austria where some friends helped them to produce 4 live videos. After a great demand, they booked more shows, found their style, their lifestyle and their preferences. WiM! got invited to play at "Fete de la Musique" in Grenoble, France in 2012. That was their biggest success by that time and opened them another door for an international music base. Playing shows with known artists like Tito & Tarantula, Kamchatka or Monkey Theorem, pushed them to finally start recording songs to make this business more serious. They describe their music as "dirty pole dance stoner blues rock" and sink their crawls to the listener's brain to never let go.
