Sino e Gio.Venale per UploadSounds a Distretto 38 il 10 maggio a Rovereto


Saranno due i giovani artisti iscritti ad UploadSounds 2017 che si esibiranno in occasione di Distretto 38 il festival di musica elettronica organizzato dal Centro Servizi Culturali Santa Chiara e da UploadSounds. Mercoledì 10 maggio nel basement dell’Auditorium Melotti si alterneranno Sino e Gio.Venale.

Stefano Artini in arte Sino si avvicina fin da subito alle composizioni e alle sperimentazioni nell’ambito della musica elettronica. Inizia la sua formazione artistica a Trento, spostandosi poi a Bologna dove registra le colonne sonore per un documentario e un cortometraggio. Negli ultimi anni ha preso vita il suo progetto solista di cui “Q” (Quadrum) rappresenta il primo EP.

Gio.Venale è invece il progetto solista nato nel 2008 a Berlino di Giovanni Formilan. Nel 2010 ha vinto la rassegna Suoni Universitari con una formazione audio-video, mentre l’anno successivo ha realizzato lo spettacolo multimediale “Il cielo sopra Berlino. Risale al 2010 il suo primo LP “Il cielo dentro la mia stanza”, nel 2012 ha pubblicato il suo secondo lavoro “Fesungen Bea”.

Il programma di Distretto 38 proseguirà fino al 14 maggio con appuntamenti musicali che vedono alternarsi artisti provenienti da tutto il mondo, ma non solo anche band italiane affermatesi sulla scena internazionale da diversi anni per uno sguardo a trecentosessanta gradi sulle tendenze della musica elettronica contemporanea.
